What Your Mother Never Told You: All you need to know about WHM
I know many of you are scared about getting your first server – either a dedicated box or a VPS. VPS stands for “VIRTUAL PRIVATE SERVER” and it’s really a dedicated box segmented into a few segments with different users.
The good news is that you don’t ‘really’ need to worry about the scary stuff when you go this route. All MANAGED servers come with some way such as WHM (web hosting manager) to manage things. When you are ordering your box, just make sure you request that.
The even better news is that most of you will never have to use more than 4 or 5 options inside WHM. Since I’m quite sure that your mother never told you this stuff I made a quick video for you.

Hi Ed
That was a great video tutorial.
I have a reseller account and have just about managed to get used to using it setting up my own domains on a reseller account.
I have never used the VPS server but your video makes it easy to use
Many thanks ED
By the way I sent you and email about 3 weeks ago and you were so kind to reply to me – I did not reply back as I saw you were very busy with the WSO’s
I will send you an email and follow up
Many thanks for your time

Thanks Ed, That was about 2 years to late for me as I threw myself in at the deep end having outgrown my vps server and bought a dedicated server and had to learn all the controls myself with no one to run to for advice and only thing maybe now I have not done much is move sites from host to host and I am aware this can be done as well from cpanel as well as from whm and bought a reseller account only a couple of months back and ditched it this month as I am used to running my own server now and not having all the features at my disposal if needed was a killer and gave it up and will be getting a second dedicated server very soon to take care of reselling hosting as allot slap so many limits on the server with php memory and stuff it really does limit the amount you can and can not do with it and not allot of people do realize this and for me I gave it up knowing what would be ahead selling it to marketers.
Great tutorial as always
Best Regards
